Ana was born and raised in Barcelos, in the north of Portugal, and has a great love for her city of birth. Yet, she always knew that her destiny lay elsewhere. She went to university to pursue her passion for cooking, and graduated with a degree in Food, Beverage, and Catering from Seia. Afterwards, Ana decided to stay in the region and join the New Life Portugal team. She believes that the art of gastronomy is about capturing feelings in every bite, and hopes to convey her love of creating beautiful cuisine to everyone who tastes her dishes.
