In her position as New Life Portugal’s Admissions Manager, Ana draws on an extensive background in communications, customer support, service design, and marketing. She enjoys having a positive impact on people’s lives and helping them obtain the necessary information to be able to make the changes needed to improve their lives.
Ana’s strengths are compassion, understanding, curiosity, and a willingness to help – all while appreciating that we are all on our own path and moving at our own speed. She enjoys getting to know people with diverse backgrounds and life stories. She approaches her work as a non-stop learner, based on Service Design methodology and the framework taught by the International Coaching Federation.
