So, you’ve done some deep work on how to shift out-of-control behaviours through inpatient or outpatient addiction treatment programs, but don’t quite feel ready to step back into the fast pace of life yet?
You will have time to take care of your body, heart, and mind through our holistic programming. We will focus particularly on helping you deepen healthy routines and habits. Life story meetings, counselling, and exercise will nurture you along the recovery path you have already begun. Hearing the stories of others who have struggled with addiction inspires hope and determination.
Our alumni tell us regularly that they feel like they can truly be themselves here, all while experiencing a sense of ‘belonging’. This helps to reduce the feelings of shame and isolation that often go along with addictive behaviours, while at the same time restoring your confidence and sense of self-worth.
