You will have time to take care of your body, heart, and mind through our holistic programming. We will focus particularly on helping you deepen healthy routines and habits. Life story meetings, counselling, and exercise will nurture you along the recovery path you have already begun. Hearing the stories of others who have struggled with addiction inspires hope and determination.

What are pre-addiction and addiction aftercare and who are they for?
You have struggled with addiction in the past but you’ve started your recovery journey and worked hard to shift out-of-control behaviours through inpatient or outpatient treatment. Or perhaps you already have a period of sobriety under your belt and are looking for support.

Alternatively, you may be struggling with behaviours that feel close to becoming addictive habits and would like help addressing these issues. Substance misuse is one of the most common challenges, but other areas where addiction can become a problem include relationships, gambling, social media, and devices.

All our programs include group mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and mindful movement sessions to introduce you to the benefits of these practices and establish a regular routine to take home with you.
One-on-one sessions with our counsellors and life coaches give you the chance to look into the causes behind your addictive tendencies and behaviours. Our experts guide you in creating practical plans for preventing relapse and maintaining sobriety.

Our secluded mountain sanctuary gives you a safe space to focus on your recovery without outside distractions.
Gain valuable insight into attachment, dependence, and other addiction-related issues through our workshops and weekly practice themes based on personal growth topics like ‘Forgiveness and Compassion', 'Emotional Regulation', and ‘Boundaries and Relationships'.
