This evening practice has the intention to create a bridge between intellectual understanding and the lived experience of the qualities of mindfulness: Patience, Letting go, Acceptance, Non-judgment, Non-Striving, Curiosity, Generosity, Gratitude, Joy and Compassion. We start with some teaching, followed by a practice and a final reflection
in the group.
