Step into the captivating ambiance of our forthcoming poetry gathering, where the magic of words unfolds, weaving a tapestry of shared emotions that connects hearts.

Embodied Understanding

This evening practice has the intention to create a bridge between intellectual understanding and the lived experience of the qualities of mindfulness.

Shared Humanity Circle

This circle is an opportunity for all our community members to be listened to and understood in a safe and confidential space.

Games Night

The community evening is a space to enjoy some conscious intentional time together as a mindful community, and the intention is also to have some fun.

A calming guided meditative awareness of the body and the mind.

Life Stories

The Life Stories evening provides a supportive space to share your narrative in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Mantra Yoga

Chanting mantras related to each chakras (7 chakras) while sitting and using the relevant mudras (hand gestures).
