A gentle movement practice followed by sauna and pool - The five Tibetan rites, also called the fountain of youth, are an ancient practice that has been around for more than 2,500 years. It is similar to yoga emphasising a continuous sequence of 5 movements that stimulate the glands of the endocrine system. Created and passed down through generations of Tibetan monks, it was popularised in the West in 1940 and still practiced by many as a daily routine to nourish their mind, body, and spirit.
